Research indicates hypnotherapy is an effective method for smokers to stub out their costly habit permanently.

However, you have to be strongly motivated to successfully stop smoking in one session, which is why I promote an even more effective three-session approach. You will also get a free fourth session you can use at any time in the following 12 months if you need additional support. 

Total investment in a new healthy you is £200. It you smoke 20 a day, at £10 a packet you’ll be saving money after three weeks.

I know what it's like - I smoked for 30 years and made numerous attempts to stop before succeeding. I put my last cigerette out in 2002 and I feel so much better and I've saved a packet since then.
